    Congratulations! I guess I am biased :-) but I do love it. Having the final piece as yours is also a good sign as one starts and closes with the strongest works normally.

    reto – it’s also possible that given the formatting of the table of contents page my piece had to go last because the title is so long!

    That gave me chills! I loved the part at the end about wrapping yourself in the warm “eiderdown of the things you’d thought you’d forgotten”. Really lovely– thanks for the link!

    What a beautiful piece. I had almost forgotten about the scent of my own dad’s hazelnut coffee wafting out of his thermos… The smell lingers in my nose even now, as it was such a daily part of my childhood. Thank you for helping me resurrect that memory!
