Awake.

I was unable to stay awake until the first returns started coming in. I slept. And woke to a new day.

Isn’t it WONDERFUL?!
Same here. I woke up this morning to my husband playing Obama’s acceptance speech from the computer beside our bed. In that first foggy haze, I couldn’t figure out what was going on… then I got shivers. I’ve been flying all morning.
Not a bad way to wake up! I like breakfast in bed, but this is so much better.
I fell asleep also, much to my disappointment. I woke to McCain’s concession speech. How I wish I was awake when they called it.
